Refund requests for donations made to Bhartiya Vigyan Avam Anusandhan Parishad (BVAAP) may be considered in genuine and exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to technical errors, duplicate transaction charges, accidental multiple payments, or unauthorized use of a credit card, debit card, or other payment method.
