The allocation and utilization of donated funds are determined by the Governing Body, Trustees, and authorized management of BVAAP in accordance with the organization’s Memorandum, Rules, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Funds are applied to the areas of greatest need and strategic priority, based on program requirements, approved budgets, and the overall mission of the organization.
While BVAAP makes every reasonable effort to honor donor preferences for specific projects or initiatives where feasible, the organization retains sole discretion regarding the final allocation and deployment of contributions to ensure effective implementation and long-term sustainability of its programs.
